OTC Consulting Services LLC The Dwyer Consulting Group was formed in 2004. The foundations of our practice are in the health care industry, specifically hospital. With over thirty years of operational experience from owned facilities and management contracts we have covered every aspect of the hospital / healthcare delivery system. In recent years our services have expanded to address the needs of Skilled Nursing Facilities and other long term care providers.

We have partnered with the investment banking community to provide overview assessments on a broad range of topics from capital projects to mergers & acquisitions and trending day-to-day operations. We have recently expanded the scope of our practice to include community non-profits and not-for-profit entities to address their needs in these difficult economic times. We are a well rounded firm with a goal of providing cost effective business solutions while improving our client's business outcomes.
